White Chocolate Almond Muffins

Ingredients: (6 regular muffins)
Bake @ 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 18-20 mins
(Place oven rack in the center of the oven)
2 tbsp of melted Butter
3 1/2 tbsp of White Fine Sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract (exclude this if you are using vanilla yoghurt)
1/4 Butter Milk (or 1 tsp vinegar + milk, sour cream, yoghurt or vegetable oil)
1 1/8 cup of All-Purpose Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Salt
50g chopped Almond
Half chopped White Chocolate Bar
1 tsp Lemon Zest (optional)
