Japanese Curry Rice using Vermont Curry Mix

Ingredients: (Serves 4 - 6)
Rice:
2 cups of japan short grain Rice
3 cups of Water
1/4 tsp of Salt (optional)
Curry Sauce:
1 tbsp Olive Oil (or vegetable oil)
1 large white Onion
2 medium size Potatoes
1 medium Carrot
300g boneless Chicken Thigh
800ml of Water
Half packet of Vermont Curry
1 small tomato (optional)
3 tbsp of Milk (optional)
Pinch of Cayenne (Optional)
