Pandan Swiss Roll with Cream Cheese Filling Recipe

Ingredients: (5 slices)
((Cake))

Bake @ 180 degree C/ 350 degree F for 10mins
7.9"x5.7" Baking Tray
2 eggs separated
3 tbsp of caster sugar
30g Plain Flour/ All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Corn Flour/ Starch
2 tbsp Coconut Milk
1/2 tsp Green Pandan Essence
1 tbsp vegetable oil

((Filling))
60g of Cream Cheese, at room temperature
1 tbsp of Unsalted Butter, at room temperature
1 tbsp Confectioner Sugar
½ tsp of Vanilla Extract

1 tsp of Milk (if too dry)
Shredded Cheese (Optional)
