Chiffon Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients: (6 regular cupcakes)
Bake @ 360 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 15 mins
2 Egg Yolks + 2 tbsp Condense Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 1/2 tbsp of Vegetable Oil
2 Egg White + pinch of salt +  2 tbsp Sugar
1/4 cup of All Purpose flour + 1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Lemon Zest (optional)
