Matcha Swiss Roll
Ingredients: (6 pieces)
Bake @ 340 degrees F (170 degrees C) for 25 or lightly browned
9 inch square baking pan
Cake Batter:
4 Egg Whites + 30g Sugar
4 Egg Yolks + 30g Sugar
40g of All Purpose Flour
1 tbsp Matcha (Green Tea Powder)
2 tbsp of Vegetable Oil
Filling:
2 tbsp soften Cream Cheese
1 tbsp soften unsalted Butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar (put more if too runny)
Milk (if too thick)
65g of Blueberries (any fruits u like)
