Ingredients:
Bake @ 325 degrees F (160 degrees C) for an hour
10 inch cake pan

Ingredients of batter:

    150 gm all-purpose flour
    6 egg yolks
    50 gm caster sugar
    60 gm vegetable oil
    3 - 4 ripe large bananas

Ingredients of egg whites:

    6 egg whites
    50 gm caster sugar
    1/4 tsp of salt
