Chocolate Genoise Cake:
1 1/2 tbsp melted unsalted Butter
1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 Eggs
1/3 cup fine white Sugar
Chocolate Bar, shaved
Cherries:
5 Cherries + 5 chopped Cherries
4 tbsp Rum
1 tbsp Sugar
Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting:
3/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
120g soften Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Salt
