1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 1/2 tbsp Canola Oil (or vegetable oil/ Olive Oil)
3 tbsp Milk
1 1/8 cup All Purpose Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Lemon Zest (optional)
1 grated Apple
Streusel Topping:
2 Tbsp of Cold Unsalted Butter
1 Tbsp of All Purpose Flour
4 tbsp of Brown Sugar
2 tbsp of chopped Cashew Nuts (optional)
