1/4 cup salted room temperature Butter

1/3 cup Brown Sugar 

1 Egg
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Milk
1 cup All Purpose Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
6 tbsp Nutella
