Tiramisu (Makes 6 servings)
Chilling Time: 3 hours (at least)
Ingredients:
3 eggs separated
250g of Mascarpone Cheese
2 tbsp of Rum or Brandy
4 tbsp Sugar or 1/2 Cup of Icing Sugar (Confectioners Sugar / Powdered Sugar)
1 cup of very strong brewed Coffee or (Espresso)
1 packet of Ladyfingers
Cocoa powder for Garnishing
