Ingredients: (Serves 10 people)

Bake for 45-55min @ 350 degrees F (180 degrees C)
 

1 1/2 cups (195 grams) of All Purpose Flour/ Plain Flour

1 tsp Baking Powder

1/4 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 tsp Salt

170 grams Unsalted Butter @ room temperature

120 grams of Cream Cheese @ room temperature

150 grams of Granulated White Sugar/ Fine Sugar

1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Zest (outer skin) of one Lemon or Orange (optional)

3 Eggs @ room temperature
